At LR Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

  • Special-order items, clearance products, and custom parts are not returnable.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • A trackable shipping method is recommended for all returns.

How to Start a Return:
